The Team: From Landscapes to Lash-scapes

Regina Dylan’s path to the studio was anything but linear, though the common thread is her eye for design and attention to detail. After moving from a small town in Idaho in 1999, she originally trained in landscape horticulture. Like many of us, 2008 brought a shift in careers for Regina, and her focus changed from designing backyards to managing restaurants. She used her days to attend esthetics school, and while she quickly realized hair was not her forte, she had a natural affinity for the precision and "horticultural" patience required for eyelash extensions. Licensed since 2012, she brings that same nurturing, detail-oriented energy to her practice that she once applied to her landscape designs.

"I still love gardening and will happily chat about plants any time!" Regina says, bringing that same nurturing energy to her esthetics practice. The studio itself is filled with thriving, architectural greenery that reflects Regina’s design roots and her expert ability to cultivate beauty in any environment.

For Regina, the Island feels like home. "I’m from a small town, and the Island has that same feeling where everyone knows everyone and you take care of your neighbor," she explains. That community spirit is reflected in the studio's atmosphere—and the perk every Islander loves: plenty of free parking.

Regina is joined by Megan Ohashi who began training with Regina in 2015. Megan’s calm nature and surgical attention to detail have made her a favorite among clients who value a meticulous result.
