As a result of this order, big changes may be coming to your neighborhood impacting density, affordability, and height limits.

The session will explain the GMHB order and outline the steps Mercer Island must take to comply, including updates to the Comprehensive Plan, housing capacity planning, and policies affecting development near the light rail station.
